Patient Management is leading the way to transform patient care and we need a motivated and adaptable individual to support our senior leadership. As a Project Coordinator IV, you are responsible to provide support to the Patient Management leadership. Daily activities include interaction with senior leadership and other high-level contacts both within and outside Medtronic, as well as exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgement. Ability to work across multiple functions and take initiative to ensure the needs of the internal and external stakeholders are met. 

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • Provides direct administrative and project support to the VP/GM of Patient Management, VP/GM of Patient Services and Monitoring, as well as support to the functional group or business process
  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables (e.g. All Employee Meetings, off-sites)
  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports
  • Interact with external physicians, clients and internal cross functional groups when required
  • Assist in the development, coordination and distribution of communications to various departments
  • Fielding requests from external clients and business associates, assuring close business relationships.
  • Lend administrative support to the department including travel arrangements, meeting planning and coordination, expense reporting, and other duties as assigned
Must Have: Minimum Requirements 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience
Nice to Have 
  • Medtronic experience
  • Strong administrative support experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Self-motivated, team player, strong work ethic
  • Organized, efficient, detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills – both oral and written
  • Travel planning and coordination experience
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
