Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 2+ years of work experience in Engineering and/or Quality
  • OR Master’s Degree Engineering, Science or technical field with 0+ years of work experience in Engineering and/or Quality.  


Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in mechanical, biomedical engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in medical device industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments and medical device standards (i.e.: ISO, FDA-GMP, EU MDR, 21 CFR Part 820, etc.) or equivalent 
  • Product Development Process, Post Market Surveillance and Risk Management activities
  • Read and understand Engineering drawings and print specifications (GD&T)
  • Statistical analysis (Minitab) or equivalent 
  • Software (Agile, SAP)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to successfully balance and prioritize multiple ongoing projects/tasks (Project Management skills) 

High degree of initiative and self-motivation with minimal direction


  • Strong analytical skills; ability to identify, analyze and solve problems and make decisions with confidence
  • Solid communication skills; oral, writing, and technical writing
  • ASQ or other certification(s)
