A Day in the Life

  • You will independently sell medical products remotely to existing and new customers - including making presentations via telephone calls and product presentations via video transmission from our office and home-office location
  • You will achieve or exceed assigned sales goals in selected customers
  • You will identify target accounts, opportunities & customer priorities, build solid account plans and identify & advance key stakeholders, champions, and decision-makers
  • You will increase in sales and market share of the diagnostic portfolio
  • You will implement digital marketing campaigns 
  • You will identify, develop and close leads for the business through cold calling and digital leads
  • You will be the contact person and expert for the Diagnostic solutions portfolio
  • You will support the customer service with disputes and operational tasks
  • You will collaborate closely with the field team to successfully close projects in large accounts
  • You will regularly report your progress via a CRM system and directly to your manager

Must Have – Minimum Requirements

  • Have fun selling - Sales affinity and persuasiveness with sustainability and commitment
  • Minimum 2 years of successful and proven sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and resilience
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • For you, team is not just theory, cooperation is the key to success
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Good written and spoken English and German skills 
  • Technical affinity and knowledge of common MS Office applications

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge from the healthcare industry
  • Remote sales experience in Medical Devices or High Tech environments
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Experience with a large corporation
