Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of IBP experience for capital equipment with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of IBP experience for capital equipment with 7+ years of managerial experience
Nice to Have
  • Senior management experience (operations, marketing, sales or finance)
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills
  • Experience leading a global and regional team
  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen, including understanding P&L and balance sheet drivers
  • Previous experience delivering coaching/feedback and managing international, cross-cultural extended teams
  • Strategic agility; strong communication, negotiation & influencing skills with proven ability to collaborate across functions/regions/team
  • Broad cross-functional network within the organization, understanding the vital connection points between commercial and operations
  • Innovative, curious and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a bias for action in a team-based accountable environment
  • Change management experience
