For this role you need to be located in Hungary.


A Day in the Life

 

As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing, monitoring, remote and in-house clinical and engineering service and support, as well as for designing and implementing service programs across Hungary. This will be accompanied by sales of a range of Medtronic high quality products in CRDN, you will also develop and maintain a network of accounts to support and expand the utilization of device therapies according to current and future guidelines. Your daily responsibility will involve liaising with our Key Customers, maintaining relations with distributors, and focusing on sales of Medtronic products in accordance with company programs and instructions. In this role you will also be present in OR-s (Operating Rooms), making sure our products and solutions are properly installed, understood and utilized by the medical staff, proving their full potential and efficiency in saving or improving patients’ lives:

 
  • Troubleshoot (remotely and on-site) with Customers (e.g. Surgeons, Operating Room personnel and biomedical staff etc ) and with distributors.
  • Provide on-site technical service, clinical support, training and installations.
  • Handle complain calls from Regulatory and Business perspective.
  • Promote service offering.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up communications with internal and external customers to ensure resolution. 
  • Sell products and complete solutions for Coronary and renal Denervation portfolio; set up proper business strategies with maximum profitability, to ensure proper spending and effectiveness.
  • Educate referring physicians on clinical evidence of defined therapies demonstrating improved patient outcomes. Foster brand loyalty by selling Medtronic products, therapies and services which enable referring physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all decision makers relevant to product groups in hospitals in the territory.
  • Carry out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner. Attend all required regional and national meetings.

Must Haves:
 
  • University or College Degree
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Competency to build strong business relationship with customers.
  • Ability to quickly prioritize jobs under pressure and anticipate the changing needs of customers.
  • Desire to win with a drive on results.
  • Collaborative, ethical, highly motivated and good communicator.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the markets as required by the business.
  • Full clean driving license.
 
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience in clinical and technical service and support in Operating Room.
  • "In the field" medical devices technical service and support experience.
  • Proven track record of experience in sales in medical devices industry.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge in the field of Medical Devices.
  • Experience in working effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses and hospital technicians, as well as with distributors.
