Title of the document Main Purpose:
  • Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products.
  • Ensure technical competence in the CRHF therapies and support all cases independently
  • Develop and implement call plans for specified territory as part of national strategy
  • Implement Quarterly Cycle Plans as delivered by Business Manager
  • Expand the customer base by establishing regular contact with key specialists, technical staff and administration personnel
  • Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained
  • In consultation with senior staff/sales manager, ensure customers and prospective customers are technically competent through: in-services, and/or regular product updates through correspondence and mailings
  • Encourage team environment by offering case support in assigned territories as needed
  • When requested, act as a mentor and coach to distributor staff
  • Monitor and control local inventory in terms of consignment, shelf life, and turnover
  • Gather market intelligence as an audit on hospital usage, competitor products and pricing, also continual updates on general competitive activities to pass on to Business Manager
  • Complete surveys which provide assessment of customer satisfaction of key markets and accounts
  • Support to drive marketing campaigns for a product or service, arrange promotional events
  • And any other reasonable activity at the request of MEDTRONIC.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • 0 years of experience required with an introductory knowledge of company products and services
  • Bachelor's Degree Required


Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business management or medical/biomedical is preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in cardiovascular sales preferred (medical/pharmaceutical)
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Good local and English language
