Sales Rep II/ Territory Manage STI

Sales Represenatative should be able to manages sales within his defined regional territory. The Sales Executive  is responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the Suture & Hernia products & representing the organisation in accordance with its policies

 

A Day in the Life

 

  • Achievement of volume objectives along with achievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers.
  • Ensure right productivity and growth objectives for each member of the team.
  • Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the area.
  • Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data of each sales person.
  • Recruitment and retention of right talent have proper territory management.
  • Induction of new joinee and take them through all the policies of Medtronic and ensure right expectations.
  • Ensure effective joint field working for minimum specified days and coach each sales person upon best practices.
  • Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.
  • Manage group events and monitoring field activities of team
  • Ensure effective adequate territorial coverage as per divisional standards of costumers
  • Checking & controlling of tour plan & deviations as per guidelines for whole team and requirement of business.
  • Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs while keeping Medtronic policies in mind.
  • Ensure effective distribution by proper dealer management, operations, strategies & inputs. Also ensure that channel compliance towards Medtronic policies are completely adhered. Ensure that DSO, POC etc are maintained as per guidelines.

Must Have – Minimum Requirements

 

  • Bachelor in  / Engineering / Science
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing
  • Minimum 3-6 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling/ Surgical Selling background
  • Experience of Distribution Management
  • Willing to travel extensively

 

Nice to Have

  • Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.
  • Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc
  • Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges
  • Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.
  • Strong leadership and vision, assertive, and can collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization
  • Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired results
