  • To promote Medtronic Kang Hui Products to hospital and attain sales revenue and market share targets


A Day in the Life


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

  • Grow Medtronic Kang Hui business in assigned territories and achieve sales objectives set by the company
  • Plan and manage territorial product distribution for both existing and potential new Distributors
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers, and serve as the principal customer liaison point for all target audiences
  • Develop and maintain internal customer databases
  • Gather market data including surgeons’ preference, territory peculiarities, competitors’ product feature, competitors’ sales promotion, and competitors’ marketing activities
  • Provide timely feedback to the company through all established feedback and reporting channels
  • Be able to attend trauma cases and provide customer care support consultation and advice when needed
  • Ensure the highest levels of product knowledge are attained and maintained
  • To be involved in and provide support for product launches, seminars and workshops
  • Liaise and coordinate with Logistics and Customer Service colleagues on day-to-day sales operations and activities
  • Participate in planning, delivering and analyzing sales calls


Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and complete knowledge of company products and services


Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in medical sales is preferred
  • Strong sales acumen

  • Bachelor degree in medical/biomedical or nursing is preferred
  • Some out of hours and Operating Theatre based work is required
