 A Day in the Life
As sales and technical support representative you will be  responsible to gain Market share in the CRDM (Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management) business by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic’s products. You will also provide technical support for Medical professionals.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Management of broad product line (product definition, launches, promotion, forecasting, inventory, etc’).
  • Managing marketing projects for product.
  • Support & influence field sales and business unit clinical studies.
  • Coordinate customer activities at all meeting as assigned.
  • Maintain adequate inventory and assist in reallocation and delivery of product.
  • Technical/Educational: Train and educate both existing and competitive customers to gain incremental business.
  • Provide 24 hours territory coverage (including holidays, weekends, evenings).



Must Haves

  • bachelor's degree
  • 3 years' experience in MedTech company
  • ·At least 2 years technical support industry
  • English – Full working proficiency
  • Experience working with Excel

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in Electrophysiology lab
