Use your passion of sales and relationship building to engage the customers and provide excellent customer service for Coronary Vascular therapy. Lead, mentor and guide a team to drive sales in the northwest region successfully.


A Day in the Life

·        You will Increase market penetration by executing strategies to gain new customers and develop customer relationships your assigned territory.

·        You will regularly visit existing customers and maintain a network of key opinion leaders through clinical trials and post sales training to reinforce the relationship and understand service gaps. This will include travelling to outstation locations.

·        You will provide market and competitor information to product management team and leadership to feed the targeting, pricing and product development processes.

·        You will forecast the sales trends.

·        You will be responsible for price negotiation and margin discussions with the distributors to maximize profitability.

·        You will contribute to the enhancement of team through leading sales meetings, exhibitions and other company functions.

·        You will motivate and guide the team to successfully overachieve the assigned targets.

Must Have – Minimum Requirements

·        Bachelor degree in Science/ Engineering degree in bio medical.

·        10+ years of experience of distribution management and concept selling.


Nice to Have

  • MBA
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business specifically in coronary would be preferred
  • Excellent verbal communications skills, facilitation and problem solving skills, relationship building skills
  • Prior experience of Cath lab will be ideal
