Must Haves
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of benefit plan experience OR advanced degree and 5+ years of benefit plan experience 


Nice to Have
Experience managing benefit plans including health and welfare, wellness, and retirement 
Comprehensive knowledge of overall benefits field including the ability to think and act strategically to proactively deliver new and innovative approaches
Background and proficiency in all applicable statutory requirements and all applicable government agency compliance requirements
Good business sense and judgement reflected in decisions made
Well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative and results orientated mindset.
Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously with minimal direction and deliver results with customer service skills, action-oriented, operates with sense of urgency. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience leading through change within an organization
Experience reaching across boundaries internally and externally to develop and extensive network of partnerships. Experience in a global, matrix management structure, and working with a virtual workforce. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.
