To support our Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (MITG) Business within the EMEA Procedural Solutions team, we are currently looking for a full-time results oriented Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst with strong problem solving competency and proven ability to manage large and complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities. This is a great challenge for a senior experienced person with a functional analysis and project management experience. 

A Day in the Life
As Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst, you work within EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Procedural Solutions  team to support and enable the Sales and Marketing organization . Your main goal is plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence for the entire Procedural solutions portfolio, support the commercial organization to ensure excellence in service performance and measure performance against process requirements. 

You rapport to Procedural Solutions manager EMEA.
We expect you to be able to build productive relationship with country and shared functions champions. In this role you work with supply planning, customer care, Quality, Regulatory, IT teams and support Procedural Solutions EMEA sales & Marketing organizations. 

Your key responsibilities include:
- Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives 
- Analyze current processes and propose and implement improvements 
- Measures performance against process requirements.
- Is the operational SME in Procedural kit Projects.
- Ensure new processes execution and communication to stakeholders.
- Ensure country stakeholders support for the different systems in a consistent & constant manner. 
- Communicate with Country Operational Leads.  
- First point of contact for escalation issues.
- Gather user feedback and requirements and make suggestions for system and processes improvements. 
- Train country teams on resources, processes and systems

Must Haves
Bachelor/master’s degree in business economics or computer science 
Minimum of 4 years of functional analysis and project management experience
Excels in a matrix structure organization, is flexible and at ease in all cultural and management level situations
Customer focused mindset
Knowledge of process mapping and business process re-engineering
Travel required: Occasional ~15% 
Critical thinking 
Fluent in English
Living in reasonable distance to our Heerlen office (Limburg area in the Netherlands)

Nice to Haves
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Any other European language is a plus
