JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree, or MBA equivalent (Bus. Economics, Marketing, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills, able to connect and quickly create relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong skills to partner with senior leadership team members.
• Influencer and driver of change to achieve adoption of new processes & tools.
• Critical & analytical thinker with in-depth knowledge and experiences in sales analytics and enabling tools.

JOB EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 10 years + of Sales Operations/Business Finance expertise.
• People management experience.
• Intimate knowledge of Medtronic’s businesses and geographies is a plus.
• Relevant project management experience.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
• Global Perspective
• Business Acumen (being able to translate business strategy into effective KPIs/Measurement)
• Critical & analytical thinker
• Strong ability to visualize, solve complex problems and concepts, interpret large quantities of detailed data
• Business process minded
• Relationship Building, able to influence
• Excellent Communication, presentation skills
• Organizational Agility
• Perseverance and drive for Results
• Strong skills in SAP, BO, BW, WEBI and experience in Tableau is a plus
• Willingness to travel (~25-30%)
