Must Haves
•    Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience in professional communications and/or marketing within a corporate or agency setting OR 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree

Nice to Have
•    Experience developing and executing multi-faceted communications plans, including outlining strategies, programs and channels to accomplish a clear set of objectives
•    Experience working in a variety of mediums, including print, social, digital
•    Experience writing, editing, and developing presentations
•    Project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to execute and coordinate projects efficiently and effectively; adjust to shifting priorities
•    Experience in the Medical Device or Healthcare industry
•    Experience in successfully navigating and executing initiatives in a global, matrixed, corporate environment
•    Experience working with all levels of employees and leaders across an organization, including the c-suite and executive team
•    Demonstrated ability to work with discretion
•    Experience in working with diverse, cross-functional teams
•    Experience using communication tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Yammer, Zoom, Eloqua, SharePoint, social media, email, intranet, and other meeting technologies 
•    Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•    Excellent presentation development skills
•    Provides superior service to internal clients; follows through on commitments 
•    Business acumen
•    Collaborative work style
•    Strong relationship-building and influence management skills 
•    Strong organization skills and attention to detail
•    Resourcefulness, flexibility, and ability to work in ambiguous situations
