MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To manage all facility related requirements under guidance and support from Sr. Facilities Manager CEMA.  To facilitate the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of facility modifications. To design and develop organizational policies relevant to the office facilities 

To manage, under guidance and support from Security & EHS Manager CEMA, the physical security in the APS, covering all site locations and operations. 

To ensure APS sites and office facilities are compliant with applicable legislation and MDT standards pertaining to environmental, health and safety as well as security. 
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilities 
Manages all facility related requirements in the region. 
Ensure all day to day operations are works smoothly from Facilities  perspective.
Responsible for ensuring all Facilities related policies and procedures are drafted, implemented and communicated to relevant staff.
Coordinates building space allocation and layout with external and internal parties, including IT, communication services and facilities expansion. 
Liaises with Procurement department on implementation of brokered deals that are related to building facilities and equipment, furniture, office maintenance & cleaning company etc.

Security
Supports the GSO Regional Security & EHS Manager with the APS region.
Ensures staff is aware of their individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures.
Liaises with and represents the GSO in APS to enhance a coordinated approach to Security matters (IT, Physical and Product Security) and liaises locally with HR and Legal.
Provides daily management and coordination of physical security activities.
Routinely reports to both local management and GSO.

EHS
Responsible for ensuring all facilities and EHS related policies are drafted, implemented and communicated to relevant staff.
Responsible for establishing and overseeing environment, health and safety standards for Saudi office facilities, such as ensuring the availability and training of fire marshals and first responders, ensuring validity of fire extinguishers, coordinating emergency responses, etc. 
Supports Security & EHS Manager with Security & EHS reporting as well as admin requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree
Relevant Security or EHS qualifications or certifications (CPP, PSP, Nebosh, etc.) would be considered as an asset 

JOB EXPERIENCE
2-3 years of experience within the security & EHS field
5 years of experience in Administration or Facilities Management

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Profound Microsoft office knowledge
Strong knowledge of the threats/hazards within the region
Strong communicator, both written and verbal 
Dynamic team player and leader who can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams 
Ability to maintain professional demeanor under stressful situations
Strong problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills
Ability for continuous learning and development 
Profound Microsoft office knowledge
