Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 2+ years)
Nice to Have
  • Strong FP&A experience
  • High performing candidate with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision making
  • Proven experience in establishing guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, reporting actuals and variance analysis 
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Big Picture orientation with strong attention to detail
  • Process Orientation
  • Strong foundation in core accounting concepts, ethics, and compliance
  • Experience in data analytics and dashboard creation
  • Strong financial systems skills (SAP, Boxi, Oracle Analytics, Excel, Access, Tableau, SQL)
