You will join the Global Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement (GIDE) leadership team with the opportunity to influence and impact all aspects of global inclusion and diversity.
You will have the opportunity to design and deliver process and portfolio efficiencies needed to drive significant enterprise outcomes. 
This will include the expectation to navigate the matrix and engage all critical stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables, against the 2020+ aspirational goals and beyond.
You will have the opportunity to fully immerse in all aspects of the GIDE strategy and priorities and become a GIDE SME. In addition, you will gain a keen of understanding of not only 'what' GIDE delivers to the enterprise but the opportunity to the provide continuous improvement towards 'how' we get work done and deliver results.

A Day in the Life
• Designs and develops diversity workforce management programs which may include work and family policies and programs.
• Diversity workforce management duties include: developing and/or modifying a diversity plan that supports the organization's business objectives; developing and implementing programs consistent with the goals and objectives of the company diversity plan; conducting human resources reviews to reveal any barriers to valuing and managing diversity inherent in the system; designing and implementing appropriate training programs; coordinating minority and female vendor programs, and community activities and events.
Must Haves
• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of related experience OR Advanced Degree and 2+ years of related experience 

Nice to Have
• Passion and interest in advancing GIDE across the enterprise
• Project cooridination and project management experience
• Proven measurable results improving process efficiency and effectivness
• An understanding of how to navigate various stakeholders
• PMP certification
• Prior experience in communciations
• ERG or Network experience in leadership or workstreams
