As a member of the HR Business Solutions group, you will be leading a team of project management professionals who enable global HR to drive business results by delivering technologies, project & program management and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role will require innovation, influence and leadership, working in a heavily matrixed environment and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
Lead the next phase of the evolution of our HR Project management team with a focus on delivering results, strengthening project and program standard processes and creating a consistent experience for our partners and customers.

A Day in the Life
Provide leadership to a team of Project and Program management practitioners; Develop a compelling vision & roadmap for the HR PM function 
Partners with the portfolio leader to provide clear line of visibility to areas of risk within the portfolio of projects being executed.
Leads the development and implementation of a standardized project and program management process
Partners with the EPMO to ensure key HR projects adhere to the mutually-defined project management process and meet the requirement standards for planning and execution.
Oversees the process for realization and capture of benefits of projects that are under purview.
Facilitates cross-functional interactions and provides support to ensure positive conflict and issue resolution 
Instills lessons learned practices on projects, and ensures learnings are communicated across program and project managers, to ensure a culture of continuous learning.
Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects 
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, process owners and work teams as needed
Manages project escalations and coaches project managers to remediate at risk projects
Develops project management team capabilities & competencies 
Partners with portfolio leader to improve critical project management processes and workflows 
Defines key success indicators needed for strategic and operational alignment
Must Haves
Bachelor's Degree and of 7+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience OR advanced degree with of 5+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience

Nice to Have
7+ years of project management experience, leading global & high complexity projects
5+ years experience in a PMO leadership role  
Project Management Professional - PMP certification
Lean Sigma experience and or certification
Knowledge of human resource processes, techniques and standards
