  • You hold a relevant master’s degree

  • Fluent in Greek and English

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant consulting experience

  • Customer focus

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with experience with the use of process optimization methodologies/process thinking

  • Strong and demonstrable project management skills (planning, influencing, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks)

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, being an excellent relationship builder, who establishes partnering and collaboration with senior stakeholders

  • Work experience in Greece



  • Medical background and/or healthcare sector knowledge or experience (in-hospital, consulting, industry)

  • Experience working/optimizing one or more of the following settings: Patient Pathway Optimization, especially in stroke care and/or cardiology.

  • Business understanding

  • Experience in Change Management and Operational Excellence
