Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams and payers to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

As Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Senior Consultant, you will connect with clients, understand and analyze their most pressing business problems and deliver high value services which improve their productivity, quality and competitiveness. You will deliver well scoped operational excellence and pathway optimization projects at key strategic customer accounts.

A day in the life

Our Integrated Health Solutions consultants are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations.

You will start on an assignment at one of our customer in Switzerland.

Main job duties / responsibilities are:

·Partner with hospital stakeholders to develop actionable plans for immediate improvement
·Execute end-to-end workstreams and projects, creating value and achieving the agreed upon targets in collaboration with the client
·Capture learning and best-practices and continuously enrich Medtronic consulting toolbox

As part of the EMEA Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultancy Community, consultants should be able to:

·Work in teams as well as independently, according to standardized practices industrialized by the team
·Share and communicate determined best practices actively in the team

MUST HAVE


·You hold a relevant master’s degree
·Fluent in French and English
·3 to 6 years of relevant consulting experience
·Customer focus
·Strong presentation and analytical skills
·Strong and demonstrable project management skills from planning, influencing and being an excellent relationship builder who establish partnering and collaboration with stakeholders, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
·Strong problem solving skills, with experience with the use of process optimization methodologies/process thinking (e.g. Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and/or Lean Six Sigma)


NICE TO HAVE


·Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
·Business understanding
·Experience in Change Management and Opex
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
·Willingness to travel within Switzerland (and limited travel across EMEA)
