Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of Human Resources or Learning & Development experience; or an advanced degree with 2+ years’ experience
Nice to Have
  • Experience in communications, training, talent development and/or related discipline
  • Digital technology skills
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Proven track record of navigating and collaborating within a global complex organization
  • Experience with project management/project leadership, excellent planning and organizational skills coupled with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently
  • Experience working in Degreed platform a strong preference
  • Ability to establish credibility and relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated organizational/prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Digital learning and technology skills and capabilities
  • Proficient in Degreed platform administration
