  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or sales support in medical device or healthcare industry (8 years with master’s degree)
  • 3 or more years of people management experience
  • Medtronic Experience - preferably in the Cardiac and Vascular Group businesses
  • Strong project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and build strong relationships with internal, field and cross-functional partners
  • Experience leading cross functional teams and/or multi-faceted customer programs/engagements
  • Ability to travel 30%
  • Certified Medtronic Lean Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Lean Yellow Belt
  • Experience with design, development and management of centralized program monitoring/tracking system
  • Experience partnering cross functionally with health system administrative and clinical leaders, Medtronic salespeople and wide array of Medtronic CVG in-house teams
  • Proven ability to successfully lead complex implementation engagements in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience with US health care delivery system and key providers/players involved across the cardiac care continuum
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both customers (physician and administrative customers), as well as internal functional representatives
