Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or marketing analytics, sales analytics or business analytics

Nice to Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Marketing Research, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or Software Engineering or other subject area where research methods are used regularly.
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or healthcare industry as a Market Researcher/Business Intelligence Specialist
  • Experience with software such as Excel, Salesforce CRM platforms, data visualization applications (Tableau, Power BI, Etc.)
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and formulating impactful strategies that drive share in the market.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude, including having knowledge of Neurovascular diseases, the clinical environment, or a working knowledge of highly technical products.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and use influence management skills with product marketing, global marketing, key field sales management and sales representatives, and and other global constituents.
  • Ability to integrate competitors’ information and formulate impactful strategic and tactical plans to help drive market share.
  • Ability to adapt/respond quickly to change/new information.
  • Demonstrated ability to disseminate information in a concise and clear way. Also, ability to communicate effectively with the field, customers and internal partners.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and achieve results through others
