Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in marketing, finance, sales or business development or, master’s degree with 2+ years
  • Minimum of 3 years in an analytics role, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, finance, biotech or health care strategy
  • Proficiency with MS Excel – experience in financial modeling including the ability to perform sensitivity analyses and critically interpret the results (experience with Monte Carlo methods preferred)
Nice to Have
  • MBA
  • Comfortable dealing with large amounts of data from diverse sources
  • Ability to synthesize and integrate multiple parties’ opinions into single, clear, well-documented models and reports
  • A clear understanding of medical device markets, specifically the Neuro Interventional market is strongly desirable
  • Experience working on global cross-functional teams that include marketing, sales, finance, business development, senior executives
  • Experience in applied data analytics, working with large data sets, using statistical forecasting methodologies, and Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Experience executing to regular business processes (annually, quarterly, monthly) Excellent, professional, verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong graphing and PowerPoint skills to communicate large amounts of data and key insights in an efficient manner.
  • Excellent poise and confidence when interacting with internal partners and senior leadership
  • Analytical ability to identify trends, insights, and key drivers.
  • Strong understanding of market data and analysis and ability to draw conclusions
  • Ability to collaborate and lead productive discussions with individuals from a wide variety of geographies, functions, and levels throughout the organization in gaining and providing market analytic information.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to balance priorities of ad- hoc requests and regular reporting deliverables
  • Attention to detail – work should be professional, accurate and well-documented.
  • Ability to proactively follow established processes and to provide recommendations to improve processes
  • Ability to develop models/spreadsheets and reports that are efficient and easy for others to use, in clear, standardized fashion.
