Must Haves
• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in a communications role within a corporate or agency setting; OR Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience
Nice to Have
• Strong writing, creative and executive presentation skills
• Experience in planning and implementation of strategic and integrated communications plans
• Project management experience; must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and shift focus adeptly
• Strong leadership and influence management skills to support stakeholder management and strategic counseling
• Ability to interact and own the “big picture” and “the details” to help solve problems or translate complex assignments for APV employees
• Demonstrates business acumen, preferably experience in healthcare or regulated industry
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams at all levels of the organization, including understanding and previous experience working in a global, matrix environment
• Creative, persuasive, and diplomatic in presenting ideas; willing to take initiative
• Ability to travel as needed
