We are hiring a passionate, motivated, high energy, strategic marketer to accelerate growth.  The person in this role will be tasked with creating marketing strategies, portfolio management, inventory management, and be a subject matter expert on certain products.  Additionally, the person in this role will be tasked with launch planning and executing quarterly activities with a broad sales force and collaborate across a matrix to drive new sales initiatives.   This role will work collaboratively with HCP customers, the sales organization, and marketing.  We’re looking for an individual with a high level of accountability and a proven track record of performance.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead development and implementation of downstream marketing initiatives for InterStim (Sacral Neuromodulation), enabling implementation and measurement of objectives through the entire physician experience
  • Work with cross-functional team to implement the core positioning, messaging and segmentation for our products that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of our products
  • Gain alignment and support for strategies, using influence to manage a large group of stakeholders that need to understand and contribute to strategy execution
  • Launch products across the Pelvic Health continuum, and act as core team leader.  Develop metrics to track progress and launch success.  Create marketing programs designed to continue to drive share gain and defend against market share loss
  • Develop specific marketing strategies for Pelvic Health portfolio of product offerings, marketing plan, collaborating with other marketing colleagues to ensure alignment with sales leadership 
  • Work with the Market Development team to implement various multi-channel promotional and marketing campaigns 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Education, Consumer Marketing, Sales Training, Marketing Communications, etc.) on marketing program design and implementation
  • Effectively engage and represent the voice of customers (field team, clinicians, allied health professionals, administrators and patients).  Develop messages and programs that meet customer needs.
  • Participate in budget development (AOP) process. Manage assigned, approved budget. Report variances.
  • Ensure compliance as well as appropriate departmental resources are available to effectively maintain the quality standards (people, facilities, tools, and training). 
  • Travel approximately 25%, global
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, these minimum requirements must be evident on your resume.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years’ of relevant experience in a marketing, sales or clinical role (5 years with a Master’s Degree) 
  • Experience with product management or market development programs
  • Successful product launch experience and tracking metrics 

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience 
  • MBA
  • Experience in the Pelvic Health space
  • Experience working in Medical device, healthcare or pharma industry
  • Development and implementation of downstream marketing initiatives
  • Strong planning and analytical (financial & marketing) skills
