We are looking for a Senior Reimbursement Specialist for our commercial team in Prague.

The Senior Reimbursement Analyst will support the day to day reimbursement needs across the business commercialized products and therapies in the Czech Republic.  The Senior Reimbursement and Health Policy Analyst is experienced in the area of government reimbursement policies and third-party reimbursement, particularly as it relates to supporting hospital and physician customers. The role contributes regularly to developing and distributing materials and information and educating key reimbursement and health policy information to internal and external customers.

In this role, you will serve as a key partner to customers and the Regional Managers on the day to day reimbursement and health policy for commercialized products. 

This position reports directly to Country Lead.

This position is based in Prague.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Reimbursement Specialist we offer you a role where you will:

  • Guide and represent the company on legislative and regulatory affairs with elected officials and government officials in regulatory agencies.

  • Ensure company's product line is reflected to best advantage and lobbying activities are successfully pursued to shape the regulatory environment.

  • Monitor progress of legislative and regulatory issues of interest to the company and provide analysis to company official.

  • Develop strategy for and visits elected government and regulatory officials to advise them of company issues.

  • Direct and work with designated trade and business associations, advocacy groups on political, legislative and regulatory issues of importance to the company.

Must have

  • Previous experience in Market Access, Health Policy in a Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical environment.

  • Experience with Czech governmental bodies

  • Ability to work autonomously 

  • Seasoned individual contributor. Works independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions

  • Used to work in a large international organization in a matrix structure

  • Czech native level and English fluent

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Medical Devices

  • Master’s degree in health policy, business administration, public administration or a related discipline 

  • Knowledge of medical device lines (diagnostics/therapeutics/monitoring)

  • 1-3 years of global experience collaborating with local market access teams, payers, providers
