Must Have – Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of experience in health policy, reimbursement, health economics, health services research, or other field with direct relevance to the role
  • Or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in health policy, reimbursement, health economics, health services research, or other field with direct relevance to the role

Nice to Have – (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of U.S. and global healthcare reimbursement mechanisms (Medicare and commercial payment systems, third-party payer coverage, clinical and procedural coding) and regulations related to medical technology products.
  • Project management experience
  • Working knowledge of clinical trial policy coverage and understanding of clinical procedures and clinical study design.
  • Experience in providing coding, coverage, and payment advice in a healthcare setting with an emphasis on medical technology.
  • Able to work independently, cross functionally and as part of a team to problem solve and seek advice when necessary performing work with limited oversight and supervision.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with high degree of organization-prioritization skill and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to apply strong analytical skills to a variety of situations of varying ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;  skilled and engaging presenter.
  • Ability to travel: 10 – 20%
