Senior Supplier Engagement Program Manager
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years managing outsourcing programs, or working as a business process/function manager with with global / offshore BPO or ITO Vendors or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience managing BPO or ITO programs (or working as a business process/function manager with hands-on experience working with BPO or ITO suppliers)
- Experience in developing macros or automation tools
- Experience with systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), including requirements definition, solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance
- Experience in the area of continuous improvement (Lean / Six-Sigma)
- Broad knowledge of supported business functions, processes, systems, and transactions
- Ability to take on complex assignments as the lead, and assume increasingly greater leadership roles/responsibilities
- Previous managerial experience
