A Day in the Life

·        Primarily responsible for the overall management of Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations and SCM-related projects.  SCM scope includes, but not limited to, importation, warehouse management, inventory management, order fulfillments, outbound and reverse logistics management, exportation, etc.

·        Set the strategy and direction for Thailand (TH) SCM team, balancing among the requirements of TH markets, company goals, company compliances and the requirements of the regional SCM to meet operations and business objectives

·        Enhance collaboration among TH leadership team, TH SCM team and the regional SCM team, other functions across the company to increase effectiveness of supply chain operations and ensure optimized supply chain solutions are delivered and met with customers and regulatory requirements.

·        Build a strong and sustainable TH SCM team.

·        Lead and manage TH SCM team performance, ensuring Key SCM Performance Metrics are achieved.

Must Have – Minimum Requirements

·        7-10 years of experience leading Supply Chain Operations (Scope: importation, warehouse management, inventory management, order fulfillments (customer service), outbound and reverse logistics management, export, etc)

·        Solid experience on inventory management and demand planning are a must.

·        Experience in medical device, pharma or similarly regulated industry is strongly preferred.

·        Experience in project management

·        Familiarity with quality systems (ISO9001 and/or ISO13485 standards), operational excellence systems (e.g. Six Sigma) and medical device regulatory requirements.

·        Hands on experience in SAP is a plus
