Senior Training and Education Specialist (E-Learning)

Title of the document Careers that Change Lives:
  • Work with the businesses in our region on the redesign of customer education curriculums through structured learning paths that have patient outcomes at their heart
  • Support the role out of innovative new learning modalities such as a new Learning Management System, Virtual Classroom and new technologies
  • Explore with local and central T&E teams the best training approaches to reduce medical errors and increase patient outcomes
  • Oversee Strategic T&E Partnership network
  • Drive new competencies for the T&E organization including VBHC, Analytics and Digital Tools
  • Support the enhancement of current administrative processes to strengthen customer experience and improve efficiency
  • Drive a greater understanding and use of analytics to gain insights into our T&E activities
  • Support regional Communication & Branding efforts for both internal and external audiences
  • Drives the strategy in the country/ region for the optimal usage of Medtronic training portfolio
  • Be the primary IMPACT Ambassador and Resource Manager for the allocated region
  • Work with the Impact team on content creation, content sourcing, designing of digital learning portal for the region
  • Impact & Digital Learning Platforms Ambassador
  • Lead digital learning strategy discussions with the stakeholders
  • Partner with the Training & Education team of the region on regional training & education initiatives
  • Understand HCP’s training education needs
  • Engage and interact with HCPs
  • Lead marketing & promotional activities of digital education for the region
  • Sourcing & interacting with external vendors on digital technology applications for webinars and webcast

Title of the document Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice to Have

  • Post Graduate Business management qualification highly regarded
  • High level of written & spoken business English & local language
  • Understanding of customer educational and engagement needs
  • Documented strengths in program management and execution
  • Strong analytical expertise and strategic thinking
  • Strong IT interest in educational innovation, mobile app’s, online technology etc.
  • Experience in Digital Authoring highly regarded e.g. Websites, PDF document creation etc.
