Minimum Qualifications


 


  • Bachelor’s degree / Post graduate

  • Minimum 8 to 12Years’ experience with progressively increasing responsibilities, and minimum 8  years in site facilities management and administration  preferably a MNC.

  • The individual will need to possess excellent communication and people skills, project management abilities and be able to identify and prioritize opportunities

  • Drive for results, inter personal relationships and proactive approach are mandatory for this role. 

  • Must possess strong Facility management and administrative skills.

  • Ability to work independently (self-directed)

  • Leads by example by setting standards for timeliness and service mind.

  • Must demonstrate work ethic, and personal integrity

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Basic understanding of financial, budgeting and commercial evaluation process is required.

  • Strong mid set for cost effective measures and drive.

  • Good co -ordination with IT / Finance / HR / Procurement and various departments.

  • Managing the travel desk and 3 Party housekeeping agencies and Security.

  • Knowledge of handling of People and Events incl any Media or Public relation meetings

  • Knowledge of handling the SEZ incl visitor management into SEZ.

  • An eye on cost effective plans and procedures and implementation

  • Good Intrapersonal skills and collaborates with other departments and functions

  • Robust Facility Management   and administrative skills with clear dashboard to track and monitor various activities

  • Establish measurement metrics for Facility management including pantry and cab facilities Feedback from internal customer and external customers

  • Maintaining and managing of facilities in clean environment including pantry and conforms

  •  Setting up standard and clean and hygrine facility SOP and adherence

  • Savings in transportation & travel management

  • Rating  system on the facility management agency and feedback
