This Senior Sales Project Analyst role requires strong understanding of Salesforce.com implementation with outstanding communication and collaboration skills. This candidate will play a critical role, work with multiple teams and stakeholders, including users within the business and IT teams, and make a direct impact on business process and sales operations. The role reports to the Senior Commercial Operations Manager under the Revenue Operations team.

Position Responsibilities 
Leads planning and deployment of Salesforce CRM solution to improve Medtronic Diabetes customer management.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and liaison between business, enterprise excellence and IT groups.
Maintain accountability and cross-functional collaboration across different team members
Works to continually asses the effectiveness of the sales force and proposes creative solutions to address complex business challenges. 
Gather continuous feedback from sales force and sales leadership to find opportunities to improve sales process and manage implementation of necessary modifications.
Works with business and technical leaders to ensure enhancements, updates, usability and functionality of the implemented Salesforce product is maintained.
Support Salesforce automation activities and will be responsible for improving and automating the process.
Provide reporting and analytics on various KPIs.
Maintains documentation of Salesforce.
Supports various sales processes and streamline execution of such processes.
Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality using this knowledge to provide recommendations for process improvements, and update end users

Qualifications
 Basic Qualifications/Required 
• Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of professional experience OR Master's Degree + 2 years of professional experience
• 2 years of experience working in a CRM platform

Desired/Preferred 
• MBA or advanced degree 
• Prior Medical Device or Pharma industry experience 
• 4+ years in a project analyst role, preferably Sales Operations or Sales Finance
• Experience presenting data to leadership/executive level 
• Proven project leadership skills, able to run numerous activities & projects simultaneously
