Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ yr of inclusion, diversity, and equity or HR experience with 10+ years of managerial experience or advanced degree and 13+ yr of inclusion, diversity, and equity or HR experience with 10+ yr of managerial experience
  • Advanced organizational and management skills to lead cross-business, function, and regional project teams in a fast-moving matrix environment
  • Experience in inclusion, diversity, and equity strategy development and deployment

Nice to Have

  • Results-oriented and a strong sense of urgency; ability to prioritize rapidly and strong problem-solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills across all mediums with a high-level of cultural competence and sensitivity
  • Change management and/or OD experience
  • Proven measurable results improving process efficiency and effectiveness
  • An understanding of how to navigate various stakeholders
  • Global experience
  • PMP certification


Characteristics include the following: self-starter who takes initiative, interpersonal capabilities that lend themselves to working collaboratively toward productive ends, ideally some demonstrated and meaningful project management, understanding of data analytics and insights, motivator for others, ability to interface with senior executives (including ability to define and structure problems), poise.


  • The position will report to VP, Inclusion and Diversity Programs 
  • This position will initially have two direct reports, expanding to at least six – including global direct/indirect reports
  • The position requires extensive and frequent direct interaction with cross business, functional, and regional stakeholders.
