Must Have:

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing/supply chain environment with 10+ years of managerial experience or advanced degree with 13+ years of supply chain experience and 10+ years of managerial experience.

Special Skills/Experience:
Understanding of all Supply Chain, IBP and Operations functions


Nice to Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering
• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree with an emphasis on supply chain management, information systems, or industrial engineering 
• Knowledge and experience in various process areas of supply chain: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return.
• Experience with SIOP, S&OP and/or IBP. Ideal candidate will have transformed SIOP/IBP. 
• Strategy and organizational development. 
• Experience in the medical device or other regulated industry 
• Experience with Lean Sigma methodologies. Green/Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading change initiatives to deliver business results
• Strong leadership, communication and facilitation skills
• Project Management experience and use of project management tools
