A Day in the Life


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • ·        Manages the planning and maintenance of Facilities equipment and machinery.

    ·        Responsible for buildings and ground total maintenance and special project support to area of responsibility.

    ·        Revise, design and develops organizational policies or procedures (SOPs) relevant to the Facilities Department.

    ·        Support in the oversee of the coordination of building space allocation and layouts.

    ·        Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

    ·        Responsible for Security Officers good execution of all tasks and serve as the main contact for all purposes.

    ·        Responsible for Cafeteria overall maintenance and area special projects.

    ·        Support in the operation of the access control system of the facility.

    ·        Direct support for management of daily regulatory documentation regarding Facilities equipment and systems.  

    ·        Responsible for Pest Control Program accurate scheduling, execution, exceptions investigations, monthly trending analysis and regulatory documentation.

    ·        Able to understand to supervise installations, maintenance and repairs plant equipment such as Chillers, Cooling Towers, Generators, Air Compressors, Air Dryers and Pumps.

    ·        Support to Maintenance Program executing WOs using CMMS System such as Maximo.

    ·        Manages purchase requisitions and orders to full compliance with execution and monthly estimates financial accuracy.

    ·        Direct support in all infrastructure drawings execution and maintenance in ACAD. 

    ·        Support the EHS Compliance Program to assure sustainability and full compliance with Company procedures and local/federal regulations.

    ·        Performs task with safety precautions and practices in all situations.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Nice to Have

·   EIT License and CIAPR active membership.

·        BSME, BSCE or BSEE

·        Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish

·        Knowledge in Maximo CMMS.

·        Knowledge in Fire Prevention and Sprinklers Systems.

·        Knowledge in Water Softening and Purification Systems.

·        Knowledge in Cooling Tower Water Chemical Treatment Systems.

·        Knowledge in EHS Programs related to Facilities area.

·        Knowledge in Microsoft Project

·        Knowledge in KRONOS System
