In this role, you will provide centralized compensation administration by collaborating across Human Resources to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions. This role ensures transactions are processed accurately and compensation programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONAL CAREER STREAM: Management and supervisory professionals with one or more employees who are focused on tactical, operational and some strategic activities within a specified area. Levels within the management career stream typically have six or more direct reports. The majority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility, managing performance, developing talent, engagement and inclusion, communicating business and operational developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of direct reports.

A Day in the Life

• Manage a team of international compensation operations specialists
• Manage International Bonus Eligibility, Target % and Plan Mapping
• Represent Compensation Operations on HR Transformation projects
• Accrual Reporting & Analysis
• Manage Retention Program
• Lead Set Up/Configuration of programs in Reward System
• Quarterly Bonus Communication/Trending
• Annual Reward Planning
• Compensation Operations point of contact for key stakeholders internationally
• Training & Reviewing regional compensation operations on systems or processes
Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience OR Advanced degree and 2+ years of related experience

Nice to Have

• Experience leading a team
• Experience using Workday
• Experience using PeopleFluent
• Advance Excel Analytics including Macros
