Must Have: Minimum Requirements  

To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 4+ years of work experience in Engineering and/or Quality OR Advanced degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 2+ years of work experience in Engineering and/or Quality.

 Nice to Have

  • Strong technical background in chemistry, material sciences, chemical, or electrical engineering
  • Understanding of material properties and how they can be impacted by supplier processes
  • Demonstrated application of chemical or electrical engineering fundamentals in chemical sensors or microelectronics systems
  • Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated industry experience
  • Strong statistical background: statistical data analysis and use of statistical tools
  • Computer skills in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Lean Sigma or Design for Six Sigma (green belt or black belt certification preferred)
  • Familiarity with quality engineering principles (ASQ CQE or lead auditor certification preferred)
  • Familiarity with risk management tools (i.e. FMEA)
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and control
  • Proven success working effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to develop innovative business solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong skills in project management, planning, prioritization and organization
