Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• English, Spanish (read, write, speak) required. Portuguese highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed business environment and to work effectively with sales, sales management, and Business Unit Management
• Proven ability to build and facilitate strong, productive working relationships with a wide variety of cross-functional and customer contacts.
• Strong business analytical skills
• Previous leadership experience and ability to influence and motivate direct and cross functional teams to results.
• Experience with sales, marketing and business strategies.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working cross-businesses on best practice sharing, and resource leverage initiatives.

EDUCATION REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, accounting or finance
• MBA or master’s degree in marketing, finance, communications or supply chain

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 5 to 18 years Marketing, Finance and/or Sales Leadership Support experience, preferably in med tech industry

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Solid software proficiency in: MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Understanding of LatAm’s Healthcare sales and reimbursement market
• Ability to:
o Anticipate and meet deadlines
o Attention to detail
o Ability to be discreet and to retain confidential information
• Must be customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
• Excellent presentations skills.
• High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing business/negotiation environment; ability to rapidly acclimate to change and embrace new business opportunities
• Proven teamwork and leadership abilities


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior experience in with companies in the medical industry or similar regulated industry preferred.
• Experience managing complex medical device distribution models (i.e. disposables, capital equipment, or implantable)
