A Day in the Life
As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will have responsibility for coordinating efforts across digital technologies to drive innovation by owning the product design and execution through launch. You also set the technology vision for the products and keep them on-track, leading the engineering teams to execute, and risk-manage the integration of very complex software product development programs. Be part of a data team focused on transforming how diabetes is managed through application of modern data science & software engineering application solutions, catering to both your engineering mentality and desire to make a difference in world. You will help create data solutions that simplify diabetes care and improve clinical outcomes.

A Day in the Life:
Lead product vision while managing the development and integration of the multiple data applications, platforms and software applications, end-to-end.
Work directly with key stakeholders to understand and craft technical requirements that address business and system needs and issues
Identify and clarify key product requirements and customer needs, along with regulatory and regional expectations.
Drive multiple software development projects end-to-end. Work hand in hand with program management to maintain schedules, track key milestones, program interdependencies and preempt risks.
Lead change control reviews and apply critical analysis to make crisp decisions that manage scope, effort, time and risk. 
Assesses product issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring product experience and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing programs and serves as liaison between business stakeholders and technical R&D teams.
Communicate program status using clear metrics and specific actions plans, applying organizational acumen appropriate for a senior level audience.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies.
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project’s key stakeholders.
Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s with 7+ years of experience or Master’s with 5+ years of experience.

Nice to Have:
Experience managing technical software products.
Experience with managing products involving development of cloud-native technologies and micro-services framework for real time analytics and data science algorithms.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math, or similar field.
Demonstrated ability to work and lead within a team-based project environment
Experience with developing the product vision and requirements for successful product experience
Experience with the software development lifecycle. Skills should include experience with CI/CD technologies, end-to-end application deployment, software and data security and privacy policies and familiarity with automation tools.
Experience in a Medical device industry and exposure to regulatory submissions, risk management and change control processes. Understanding of FDA regulations including (ISO) 13485, 62304.
Experience with maintaining the feature backlog
Ability to effectively communicate technical information through presentation and through the preparation of technical documentation and/or manuscripts
Strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguity
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
