L’obiettivo dello stage è di inserire una risorsa all’interno della divisione GIH (Gastrointestinal Health) che si occupi di supportare le attività di vendita e di marketing relative ai prodotti della divisione.

In particolare, il tirocinante, in supporto all’Hiring Manager e a tutto il team, si occuperà di:

Supporto vendite:

- Aggiornamento e analisi dei dati di vendita;
- Gestione pratiche comodati d’uso (confronto con ufficio legale, implementazione e finalizzazione dei contratti, monitoraggio);
- Monitoraggio inventory (TStock e consignment) con particolare attenzione a scaduti e prodotti in scadenza;
- Archivio schede tecniche, dichiarazioni e documenti utili alla forza vendite;
- Supporto per invio e/o compilazione documenti (per clienti sia esterni che interni – per es. ufficio gare);
- Organizzazione meeting interni (prenotazione sala, logistica, agenda).

Supporto marketing:

- Gestione listini;
- Inserimento prezzi in CUBE (Registrazione prodotti) e Vendavo;
- Gestione prodotti in MEPA: Inserimento, modifica e gestione annuale;
- Traduzione brochure e materiale informativo;
- Supporto al team di comunicazione per la gestione di eventi, conferenze stampa etc.;
- Analisi di mercato e Market Share per tutti i prodotti GIH;
- Contatto con fornitori e gestione materiale di marketing e congressuale.

Sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea Triennale;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con focus particolare su Microsoft Excel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Propensione al lavoro di team.
