Must Haves:
•    Minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience (in Medtech or Pharma).
•    Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Sales, Economics or Marketing (Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum).
•    Very Good German language skills and fluency in English.
•    A proven and successful sales record as well as business acumen with the ability to negotiate complex contract terms.
•    Have an excellent working knowledge of industry trends, market conditions and the Austrian Hospital and Health Insurance Sector including a professional network.
•    Willingness to travel (around 40% of time within Austria).

Nice to Haves:
•    Strategic account management experience.
•    Matrix leadership experience.

Location: Preferably Vienna or Linz

Target income – depending on seniority level and responsibility, minimum Euro 89,000 with the willingness for overpayment in line with the market – depending on professional experience.
