For our CEE Team in Medtronic we are looking for a Strategic Key Account Representative.
We are looking for seasoned sales professional managing large accounts involving multiple team members, to secure and maintain product distributions and/or services, and maintains effective agreements, to works independently and build a network of relationships.

Our Key Strategic Account Representative works to achieve individual sales targets and execute on sales plans by developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts, expanding market presence, and building strong client base. She/He has significant impact on achieving department’s sales results and may contribute to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts, works on one or more large accounts, involving multiple team members to drive adoption and penetration in accounts.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Senior/C-Suite level relationships with strategic partners and working with them
  • to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develops and drives appropriate portfolio management strategy in collaboration with the Business Units to expand and
  • protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with clients
  • and strategic partners.
  • Responsible for understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs
  • for each account.
  • Develops, communicates, and implements business plans to achieve strategic target business results.
  • Identifies and develops ongoing mutual opportunities for sales growth with key strategic accounts.
  • May direct the work of other lower level sales professionals or manage sales processes and / or accounts involving multiple team members. The majority of time is spent establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies and closing sales.

Must Have and Nice to Have

  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through education combined with broad sales experience.
  • Career-level sales representatives, who are fully qualified, experienced professionals.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s and Master’s degree 
  • minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience within medical devices and complete knowledge of company products and services 
  • Strong stakeholder management (C-Suite)
  • English Proficient
