  • Products for disorders of the cranium and spine, image-guided surgery and ear, nose and throat procedures

A Day in the Life

As a Supply Chain or Supply Management Intern, you will get broad exposure to our Supply Chain or Supply Management organizations and leadership teams. You will assist us in managing an uninterrupted supply of materials and services.  You will do this through supply and demand analysis, assisting with strategic negotiations, market and industry analysis and category strategies.


This experience will give you the opportunity to provide management with analysis of information and/or recommendation for implementation. You will gain knowledge in project planning, project management, and managing external resources. Your participation in special projects and strategic initiatives will be critical to overall success of our business strategies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform and support research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.

  • Assist with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.

  • Provide analysis, reporting and internal communication services to team members.

  • Develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

To be considered for a summer 2020 Supply Chain or Supply Management Internship, you must meet the following basic qualifications. How you meet these criteria, must be clearly indicated on your resume to be considered for the position. 

Must Have: Minimum Requirements 

- Undergraduate student with sophomore or junior level standing

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Supply Management

- Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA

- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa in the future

- Able to work 40 hours a week for 10-12 weeks, in 1 of our 2 cohorts:

  •  Cohort 1: Tuesday, May 26, 2019 - Friday, August 14, 2019

  • Cohort 2: Monday, June 15, 2019 - Friday, August 28, 2019

Nice to Have

  • Prior work on projects in a team environment
  • Relevant academic projects and/or internship experience
