A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides centralized Talent Acquisition administration and support across a variety of processes and programs.
  • Collaborates across the Talent Acquisition function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
  • Track new hire process from offer accept through start; initiate pre-employment checks, relocation, visa sponsorship, bonus payouts and sends the candidate and hiring manager new employee welcome correspondence.
  • Partner with AskHR throughout the hiring process to resolve issues related to the pre-employment activities. 
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to key stakeholders (i.e. Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner, and candidate).
  • Submit employee documentation to records (Documentum) or site location.
  • Provide support with purchase orders and recruiting expense management
  • Continually provides input on process improvement efforts to develop and implement more efficient administrative systems and procedures
  • Generate reports via Taleo (our applicant tracking database) 
  • Provide requisition management support (i.e. prep requisition for posting in Taleo, upload job description, cross-post the position to external job boards)
  • Interview Scheduling


Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience working as Administrative support, preferably within Talent Acquisition
  • Experience working with Microsoft tools
  • 1+ years of experience working with Workday, Taleo, Kintana or any other HR/TA tracking system
  • Fluent English is a must (will support Canada & US)
