Must Haves
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of professional work experience OR Advanced Degree and 8+ years of experience
5+ years of HR experience (talent/change management consulting is considered equivalent to formal HR department role)

Nice to Have 
Master’s degree (I/O Psychology, MBA, or MA Human Resources)
Prior Talent Management experience in a global organization and/or external consulting experience for a global, matrixed organization 
Subject matter expertise in talent planning, performance management, talent review and succession planning, competency modeling/role profiling
Ability to travel up to 15%
Project management experience
Facilitation experience, particularly with executives
Change Management or Org Design/Effectiveness experience
Track record of success working in a highly matrixed global organization 
Experience in program/process design, as well as process improvement 
Prior experience with various assessment tools, for example 360’s, MBTI, Hogan, Discovery Insights, etc.
Experience taking data analytics and turning into insights / action plans
Executive ready PowerPoint expertise
Experience with HR systems such as Workday
Desire for future people leadership role
