Technician IV

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in injection molding 
• Must have a High School Diploma

Nice to Have

• Technical Degree

• Master Molder 1/2

• Experience in manufacturing and/or development environments

• Working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is needed – time management

• Strong hands-on injection molding processing and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to understand materials and processes, problem sources and the correction preferred

• Ability to learn about and remember key information about parts molded in the department.

• Detail oriented.

• Good manual dexterity and the ability to perform manual tasks requiring some fine motor skills.

• Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Following written instructions – For example Design of Experiments (DOEs)

• Good documentation practices – able to clearly communicate work performed in written format.
