Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience in Learning and/or Change Management; or an advanced degree with 8+ years’ experience

Nice to Have
  • Mastery level knowledge of specialty area and working knowledge of several other areas including change management, project management, and digital technology
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of navigating and collaborating within a complex global organization
  • Process flow optimization and organizational change management expertise
  • Strong change management experience, preferably with implementing technology platforms
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and execution in technology integrations, implementations, and redesigns within a large organization
  • Ability to establish credibility and relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent client consulting and partnership skills
  • Strong organizational/prioritization skills – attention to detail
  • Visionary with strong execution capabilities
  • Experience working with Degreed and/or other LXP platform; familiarity with LMS systems preferred
  • Experience working with traditional IT systems, IT security, and handling sensitive data
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technology innovation and integration in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with domain structures and security
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design processes
