Must Have: Minimum Requirements



·        B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Human Factors or Computer Science


  • 2+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree
  • 0+ years of experience with a Master’s degree or higher



  • Experience with verification and validation of medical devices or similarly regulated products

  • Working knowledge of software design, development, debug and test practices.

  • Oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.




Nice to Have

  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities

  • Experience with Agile and iterative development practices

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customer, business and technical audiences

  • Understanding of FDA QSR

  • Project management skills including planning, estimation, tracking and communication

  • Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently

  • Experience with medical devices and neurosurgical procedures
