We offer you a position where you will ensure excellent service levels and pro-activeness while carefully balancing these interests with efficiency, costs, quality and compliance objectives.

You will be the interface towards our Health Care Professionals (HCP) when it comes to Training and Education. In close corporation with Sales Representative and the Business, you will operate the necessary coordinating and planning of international meetings and trainings for HCP’s.

Bring your hands on expertise in coordination from Pharma, Medical Device, MedTech, Biotechnology or Higher Education and put them in play!

A Day in the Life

Being a Training & Education Coordinator in Medtronic is dynamic and include various tasks in organizing and managing Nordic trainings, creating invitations and organizing and coordinating required travelling and logistics of the invited HCP’s. During your work day, you will handle different administrative tasks,  in relation to learning management and managing data in our event management system Cvent and Sales Force (SFDC) together with our international colleagues and customers. Your interfaces are multifaceted and you corporate with connected local teams to provide high quality support services to our customers and Medtronic commercial teams by demonstrating a good understanding of Medtronic therapies, businesses, processes and policies.

Our team spirit is appreciable and consists of 7 dedicated coordinators, who helps each other and act with the following virtues; Respected, loyal, competent, reliable 

  • Coordinate meetings and trainings for Health Care Professionals together with the Business
  • Create and manage trainings in Cvent system
  • Review budgets and select suppliers for the events 
  • Manage invitations and communication with Health Care Professionals 
  • Plan the required travel and logistics 
  • Manage compliance regulations and reviews of compliance documentation
  • On-site support at larger events and organize training material and surveys
  • Manage data in Sales Force (SFDC) 
  • Handle administrative tasks in relation to learning management support and coordination.

Must Haves

  • 2+ years of experience with:  project planning, sales, training and/or conference coordination from medico/pharma/biotech/life science industry
  • Fluent in Swedish – oral and written and fluent in English – our corporate language
  • Superuser in the Microsoft Office suite and systems savvy
  • Excellent multi-tasking and planning skills and a natural attention to detail
  • Proven time-management skills and thrive in a dynamic environment while working with many deadlines
  • Ability to accelerate with efficiency and focus in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent communicator, diplomat to the bone and negotiation skills
  • Can-do attitude and solution creator
Nice to have
  • Multiple Nordic languages is considered an advantage
